Welcome to the Loving Savior Lutheran School website! I am Mrs. Valorie Wend, the Principal for the 2023-2024 school year. This is my 22nd year at Loving Savior. I taught 6-8th grade Language Arts and Literature for eight years, and this is my fourteenth year as Principal of Loving Savior. I have a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administrative Credential, a Master’s degree in Organizational Management, a B.A. degree in Criminal Justice and Procedural Law, and a California Single Subject teaching credential in English.

I am a sports enthusiast. I have been a devoted Dallas Cowboy fan all of my life. In addition, I am a Red Sox and Boston Celtics fan as well. My father played AAA ball for the Boston Red Sox, so I have a personal allegiance. You will often see me talking with the kids about the football season, and sports in general. I have been married for the past 32 years to my best friend, Chris, who is a Medical Malpractice attorney. We have one son, who graduated from Loving Savior, who is a Neurologist specializing in Vascular Neurology and practicing medicine in Kansas.
